In case you are not satisfied with the service and want a refund for the payment made against our service, you can do so within 7 days of making the payment. The full amount will be refunded, and no questions will be asked.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a refund request from the authorized buyer. Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for a refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 working days, exclusive of the time taken by the bank to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
